What to expect after you sign up
Your new member packet will arrive soon after signing up with us. The packet will include your welcome letter and a quick start guide.
You’ll also receive a Health Assessment or Health Screener. Completing it will help ensure that you get the benefits and services you need.
If you have a care manager, they will contact you about next steps, answer your questions, and help you fill out your Health Screener.
