When times are tough, it can be hard to know where to go for help. Anthem offers Indiana Medicaid members access to helpful resources in their community. Use this tool to find food, work, housing, and other no-cost or low-cost services near you.

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
SNAP helps low-income individuals and families buy the food they need for good health. With SNAP, you receive an Electronic Benefits Card (EBT) to use at grocery stores to buy healthy food.
You may be eligible for SNAP if you meet certain income limits. You can apply for SNAP online or through your local DFR office.
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
WIC provides healthy food and nutrition education for pregnant individuals, those who recently gave birth, infants, and children. With WIC, you receive an Electronic Benefits Card (EBT) to shop for WIC foods at the grocery store.
You may qualify for WIC if you meet certain income limits, or if you have a nutritional need.

Indiana Poison Center — Call 800-222-1222 for poison prevention advice and treatment.
Quit Now Indiana — Call 800-784-8669 for help quitting smoking.
Relay Indiana — Call 800-743-3333 (TTY 711) if you have hearing or speech loss. A trained person will help you talk to someone who uses a standard phone.
Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention (CHIP) — CHIP provides a resource guide for individuals facing homelessness in Indianapolis, including where to go and how to get help.
Indiana Tenants Association and The Ross Foundation – Find help with eviction court proceedings, filing claims, and learn more about rights for renters.

988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline — Call or text 988 for 24-hour support for those in distress.
National Diabetes Prevention Program — Learn about prediabetes and join a program to lower your risk for type 2 diabetes.
National Domestic Violence Hotline — Support for domestic violence survivors. Call 800-799-7233 or text START to 88788 for help.
National Poison Control Center — Call 800-222-1222 for poison prevention advice and treatment.
ARC Reflections — Training for foster parents to help kids heal from trauma.
