Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Stamford Health Announce New Multi-Year Agreement

Patients covered by Anthem retain in-network access to high-quality, local care in Fairfield County

STAMFORD, CONN. — Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Connecticut and Stamford Health announced today the organizations have reached agreement on a new network participation contract. The multi-year agreement continues uninterrupted access to care at Stamford Hospital and all other Stamford Health facilities and physician practices for Anthem members in all health plans.

Anthem members may continue seeking care at the Stamford Health facilities and with the Stamford Health providers they know and trust via their in-network benefits, as they normally would, without interruption. Anthem members with questions should call the Member Services number listed on the back of their Anthem ID card.
