• To enroll online:
• Go to mySHBP.ga.adp/com/shbp  
• Log in with your username and password.
  • If you are a first time user, you must register using the registration code SHBP-GA and set up a password before making your election.
  • If it's been awhile since you logged in, you may be asked to reset your password before logging in.

• To enroll by phone:
• Call SHBP Member Services at 1-800-610-1863.
• Extended hours during the Retiree Option Change Period are:
  • 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday
• Standard hours are:
  • 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday

Once you're enrolled in an Anthem Medicare Advantage plan, you will receive the following:

• Letter from us letting you know we received your enrollment and when your plan coverage will start.
• Confirmation letter of enrollment – which is proof of membership until your member ID card arrives.
• Your Anthem member ID card.
• Welcome Kit that includes important information about your Anthem Medicare Advantage plan option.
