Search for a Doctor

Search our Find Care tool for a doctor, pharmacy, hospital, or urgent care center that is in your plan.

Are you a Vivity HMO, Select HMO (Narrow Network) or CACare HMO (Full Network) member looking for an urgent care center?  Contact your Primary Medical Group (refer to your member ID card) and they'll help you find the correct urgent care center for you. If it’s outside of business hours, your Medical Group will have a triage service or recording to help direct you. You can also call Anthem’s 24/7 Nurseline at 1-800-977-0027 for assistance.

If you are in-area (15-miles or 30-minutes or less from your medical group or 15-miles or 30-minutes or less from your medical group’s hospital, if your medical group is an Independent Practice Association), call your primary care doctor or medical group and follow their instructions. If you are out-of-area and need urgent care (care that can’t wait until you get back to make an appointment with your primary care doctor), get the medical care you need right away. You must call Anthem within 48 hours if you are admitted to a hospital.
