Anthem, Inc., our parent company, is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. In 2023, our parent company provided health care benefits to 41.0 million Americans. Our parent company’s Colorado plans do business as Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Anthem’s subsidiary, HMO Colorado, was incorporated in 1979 and does business in Colorado as HMO Colorado and in Nevada as HMO Nevada.
