your overall health in mind. We offer several packages to choose from including dental and vision. If you prefer, you can also choose to purchase a dental only plan.

Member SpotlightsTo be eligible for enrollment, you must be 65 years of age or older.� Anthem Extras Packages or Premium Plus Dental can be purchased with one of our Medicare Supplement plans, but we do not require membership in these plans to enroll.�
Anthem Extras Packages are not available to members of Medicare Advantage plans. If you currently have, or are enrolling in, a Medicare Advantage plan, please see our Optional Supplemental Benefit plans, which are similar to Anthem Extras Packages. Please contact your agent or contact us.
