- Once you have identified a participating Advantage Network pharmacy, transfer your prescription(s) to minimize potential interruption in your drug coverage.
- If you’d like to switch pharmacies, take a copy of your prescription to the new pharmacy and ask the new pharmacy to contact your old one, or ask your doctor to send a new prescription to the new pharmacy instead
